Monor Auto-Renewing Subscription Agreement
Effective Date: 2026-02-06
1. Scope and Relationship
- This Agreement applies to any auto-renewing subscription, membership, or value-added service you purchase and activate within Monor (collectively, “Subscriptions”).
- This Agreement applies together with the Monor User Agreement and the Monor Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms that are more favorable to consumers or otherwise expressly specified by the platform shall prevail, or mandatory applicable law shall govern.
2. Subscription Content and Pricing
- We will clearly display on the subscription purchase page the subscription name, included features/benefits, price, billing cycle (e.g., monthly/annual), whether taxes are included, trial details, and renewal rules.
- Prices may vary by region, taxes (e.g., VAT, sales tax), and channel policies; the final price is as shown on the purchasing channel’s checkout page.
3. Auto-Renewal and Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. The original purchasing channel (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment provider) will attempt to charge your payment method at a designated time before expiration (typically within 24 hours prior to the end of the term).
- Upon successful renewal, the Subscription term will be extended by one billing cycle. If the charge fails, the purchasing channel may retry within a “grace period”; we may also suspend or downgrade the relevant benefits.
4. Canceling a Subscription
-
You may cancel your Subscription at any time, but you must do so through the original
purchasing channel:
- iOS/Apple App Store: Settings > Apple ID (profile) > Subscriptions > select “Monor” > Cancel Subscription; or in the App Store app > profile > Subscriptions > Cancel.
- To avoid being charged for the next period, please complete cancellation before the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, you may continue to use the benefits through the end of the already-paid term, after which they will automatically expire.
- Important: Deleting the app, deleting your account, or contacting Monor customer support does not automatically cancel your third-party store Subscription.
5. Upgrades/Downgrades and Changes
- If you change your plan (e.g., from monthly to annual, or switch benefit tiers), the effective time, price differences, and any proration are subject to the purchasing channel’s policies (for example, some stores support per-day prorations or changes effective in the next term).
- We will provide advance notice of adjustments to features or benefits via in-app announcements or system notifications; this does not affect your statutory right to cancel.
6. Price and Terms Changes
- If we adjust Subscription prices or key terms, we will provide notice within a reasonable period as required by law or by the purchasing channel’s rules. If you do not agree to the new price or terms, you may cancel before they take effect to avoid renewal under the updated terms.
- Your continued use after the changes take effect, or failure to cancel, constitutes acceptance of the updates.
7. Refund Policy
- Subscriptions are digital services. Unless otherwise required by law or channel policy, charges are generally non-refundable once billed.
- Refunds are governed by the purchasing channel’s (e.g., Apple’s) refund and consumer-protection rules. Please submit requests via the channel’s “Report a Problem/Request a Refund” process. We can provide necessary assistance but cannot decide refunds on the channel’s behalf or directly reverse charges.
- In certain jurisdictions (e.g., the EU/UK), you may have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right. Where applicable, please refer to the purchasing channel’s page and local laws. Note that for digital content, if you consent to immediate provision and begin using it, this may affect your withdrawal right.
8. Taxes, Billing, and Receipts
- Subscription fees may include or exclude applicable taxes (as shown on the checkout page). Actual taxes are calculated and collected by the purchasing channel or tax authorities.
- Purchase receipts and invoices are provided by the purchasing channel and will be sent to your account email or viewable in your order history.
9. Delinquency, Interruption, and Termination
- If renewal charges fail and payment is not completed within the channel’s grace period, we may suspend or downgrade Subscription benefits until payment is completed or the Subscription is canceled.
- If fraud, abuse, or violations of the User Agreement or this Agreement are detected, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the Subscription and the related account and reserve the right to pursue remedies as permitted by law.
10. Data and Privacy
- We process your account information, orders, and Subscription status in accordance with the Monor Privacy Policy for purposes including Subscription verification, benefit provisioning, renewal reminders, invoice/receipt delivery, and compliance recordkeeping.
- We may conduct receipt validation and anti-fraud checks to protect users and platform security.
11. Notices and Communications
We may send important Subscription-related notices (e.g., price changes, renewal reminders, expiration alerts) via in-app messages, system notifications, or the email/phone number you provide. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and kept up to date.
