Monor Minor Users Policy
Effective Date: 2026-02-06
Monor is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and welcoming community for all users. To protect minors (individuals under 18 years of age), this policy sets clear rules on eligibility, prohibited content, risk controls, and enforcement measures. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please stop using Monor immediately.
1. Age Eligibility
- Monor is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 may not register for, log in to, or use the Service.
-
If we discover that a user is a minor, we will:
- Immediately suspend or delete the account;
- Remove related content; and
- Block re-registration using the same device, phone number, or email.
2. Prohibited Content Involving Minors
Regardless of the uploader’s age, the actual age of the subject, or the form of the content (real/fictional/composite/cartoon/animation/deepfake/digital composite), the following content is strictly prohibited:
-
Any sexual or adult-oriented content involving minors, including but not limited to:
- Nude or semi-nude imagery;
- Sexualized, seductive, or suggestive scenes and poses;
- Text, images, videos, or audio describing sexual activity or romantic relationships involving minors;
- Any content that exploits, abuses, harms, or is likely to harm minors;
- Content centered on minors that is vulgar, sensationalist, degrading, bullying, hateful, or discriminatory;
- Imagery of minors in “sensitive environments” (see examples in Section 3) or content that could expose their privacy or safety (e.g., precise geolocation, identifiable school attended, home address clues).
General photography content that does not involve minors is not restricted by this section; once minors are involved, this section applies in full.
3. Risky Behaviors and Contexts
To reduce risks to the personal safety and privacy of minors, the following behaviors and contexts are also strictly prohibited:
- Requesting age verification or ID images from others (this poses privacy and security risks);
- Uploading imagery of minors in sensitive environments, such as: school instructional areas, children’s bedrooms, daycare facilities, or restricted areas within playgrounds;
- Encouraging, directing, or discussing sensitive topics involving minors—such as self-harm, abuse, or neglect—in titles, captions, comments, or topics.
Note: If a user appears to seek help, we may provide information about trusted resources (e.g., local emergency contacts/helplines) rather than allowing such content to circulate.
4. Strictly Limited Exceptions for Images of Minors
Recognizing the realities of photographic creation, public-scene street photography that “does not focus on minors as the main subject, is not in a sensitive environment, and does not present any inappropriate or identifiable private information” may in principle be posted as general landscape/street content, provided that you also meet and commit to all of the following:
- The work contains no sexual suggestion, inducement, or elements that could be misinterpreted in either composition or text;
- Do not display identifiable school names, address clues, or precise location information; you are strongly advised to remove precise GPS data from EXIF before uploading;
- Respect the reasonable expectation of privacy and local portrait/guardianship laws; if requested by the platform or a rights holder, you must cooperate to take down, blur/pixelate, or crop the content;
- If the work features clearly identifiable minors as primary subjects, you must have a valid written “model release” signed by the legal guardian; otherwise, do not post.
5. Detection and Review
To safeguard the community, and where permitted by law, we may apply multi-layer protections:
- Automated detection: analysis of images/videos/text/metadata for sensitive elements and scene recognition, hash matching, and detection of abnormal behavior;
- Behavioral analysis: identification of suspicious sign-ups and repeat account creation, concentrated uploads related to minors, and abnormal interaction patterns;
- Human review: content flagged by systems may be reviewed by trained moderation staff;
- Legal cooperation: where required by law, we may freeze accounts, preserve evidence, and report to relevant law enforcement/regulatory authorities.
6. Consequences of Violations
Upon discovery of, or reasonable grounds to suspect, a violation of this policy, we may immediately take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or block related content;
- Restrict features (e.g., uploading, commenting, messaging);
- Freeze accounts, permanently ban accounts, and block devices/phone numbers/emails;
- For serious circumstances—such as suspected sexual exploitation, abuse, or abduction/luring—report to the authorities and cooperate as required by law.
7. Parents and Guardians
- Monor does not target minors and will not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
- If a parent or guardian believes that a minor is using Monor or that a minor’s information has been improperly posted, please contact us at service@doubulewin.com. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.
8. Data Handling and Retention Involving Minors
- Content involving minors that is determined to be in violation will be promptly taken down and deleted and will not be used for any internal training or testing;
- For compliance, audit, security, and backup purposes, necessary copies may remain in backup systems for up to 90 days before permanent deletion;
- Where required by law, we may retain materials longer for evidence preservation and cooperation with investigations.
9. Relationship with Other Terms
- This policy supplements and applies together with the Monor User Agreement and the Monor Privacy Policy. In case of inconsistency, the more stringent and minor-protective provision prevails, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or service adjustments. We will notify users via in-app notices/pop-ups. Your continued use of Monor after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
